Yes, all our products are vegan and cruelty free.

We do not use synthetic fragrances in any of our products. However, please do a patch test of all products you will use to ensure that your skin does not have an issue with it. 

Our ingredients are of the highest quality. If they are not organic they are wild harvested, cold pressed, virgin or unrefined. Quality makes a tremendous difference.

Yes, our products that contain water also contain a preservative that is approved for us by ecocert and that we consider safe to the skin microbiome.

Our products are handmade in California.

Europe and Japan have the highest level of standard in skincare. We look at the regulations provided by ECOCERT for ingredients that are approved for being both sustainable and organic.

Essential oils are safe. We abide by the regulations of IFRA (International Fragrance Association) and calculate the chemical compounds of essential oils used in each product we create.

Please refer to the bottom of the box you purchased. It should have the shelf life.

Due to the artisanal nature of our products, we are not in the capacity to accept a refund. However, if your product arrives damaged or you have an allergic reaction, we encourage you to send us an email at info@nassimskincare.com with a picture so that we can start a refund. We encourage our customers to read all our product details carefully to ensure they make an informed purchase, as we cannot accept returns for opened or used products.
